Some quick researched revealed that the property had been purchased in 2020 amid multiple offers for $1.4MM. At the time the property consisted of home built in 1919 and a small studio apartment. Not certain of what the new owners have planned, but now we know that 0.18 acres on the river was worth $1.4MM in 2020.
