As a real estate broker, you get to know escrow companies and officers pretty well. We rely on them for information and service. The folks at Western Title & Escrow have always been a delight to work with. Friendly and service-minded, they go out of their way to make sure each transaction goes as smoothly as it can for all of the parties involved. I like that they are a smaller local company, as that comes in handy when I need a decision from “the top”.
